In Store Pick Up
Placing Your Order for In-Store Pick Up:
- During checkout, select the "Pick Up" option.
- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready To Pick Up” email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation).
- Bring your ID, card used for purchase, and order confirmation to the boutique to pick up your items.
- We will hold your items at the boutique for 5 business days, if you do not make it in by then, we will cancel the order and refund your payment method.
Friendly Reminder: We don’t allow pick up without a confirmation notification, if you haven’t received a "Ready To Pick Up” this means the order is still processing and being prepared.
Picking Up Your Order:
Once you arrive at the boutique, be prepared to present the following:
- Your government-issued photo ID.
- The card used for the purchase (which must be in your name and match your ID).
- Your order confirmation.
Note: Please be aware that the cardholder may only pick up the order.
