In Store Pick Up

Placing Your Order for In-Store Pick Up:

1. During checkout, select the "Pick Up" option.
2. Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready To Pick Up” email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation).
3. Bring your ID, card used for purchase, and order confirmation to the boutique to pick up your items.
4. We will hold your items at the boutique for 5 business days, if you do not make it in by then, we will cancel the order and refund your payment method.

Friendly Reminder: We don’t allow pick up without a confirmation notification, if you haven’t received a "Ready To Pick Up” this means the order is still processing and being prepared.

Picking Up Your Order:  

Once you arrive at the boutique, be prepared to present the following:

1. Your government-issued photo ID.
2. The card used for the purchase (which must be in your name and match your ID).
3. Your order confirmation.

Note: Please be aware that the cardholder may only pick up the order.
