Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns, terms and conditions apply; items must be shipped within 3 days of received with all tags and packaging intact.

We charge a 2% restocking fee and do not pay for return shipping. We will not give a refund if items are damaged, modified, colored, or used.

Wigs and custom units cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons, also considering special colors, tints and hair cuts cannot be reversed... 

Exchanges are not accepted, all purchases are final.
